I have tried so many diets over the years and none of them have worked for me. After searching google for diet for fat loss I came across this course that seemed intriguing to me, You can find the link to this course at the end of this article.
Anyway this course changed the way I thought about Fat loss. It seems that I was going about my diets all the wrong way. In the past I was training my body to burn less calories by eating less calories. This had the reverse effect for me and I never dropped any weight at all.
This course went into great detail on where I went wrong in the past and gave several suggestions on what I needed to change in order to lose the fat.
I had to plan out all my meals for the week and make sure there was the right amount of calories in the meals. I found this way to work much easier as I would plan out all my meals on Sunday. Go shopping get all the ingredients and I would have most of my lunches and dinners pre-prepared for the week ahead and it made things a whole lot easier.
A few tips on how to integrate exercise into the diet plan I think is needed here. These are a few things that have worked for me.
* Before you start on your exercising make sure you take 5 – 10 minutes to stretch this can stop you from getting injured which will halt your fat loss in its tracks. This is the most important step.
* Integrate walking into your routine. If you can’t be bothered exercising at least go out for a walk for 15 minutes, 30 minutes however would be preferable. This way at least you are doing something.
* In order to burn calories cardio is the best form of exercise. Try running or get a running machine if not get a bike and go for a cycle.
This is what I put into my fat loss program and it helped a lot. Remember the most important factor in your fat loss goal is FOCUS. You always have to be thinking of what else you can do to help with your fat loss.
In summary this course is a great Diet for Fat Loss that worked well for me and fitted in around my lifestyle. I would highly recommend it to people looking to lose the fat and get in better shape.
