How To Increase all of your muscles definition with The EODD Diet

Fat Is The Culprit

You work you backside off at the gym and yet you still don’t have even the major muscles definition you would like.  It is discouraging to say the least.  The truth is, you probably have the perfect body but it is hidden behind subcutaneous fat.  So a big part of the answer to achieving more muscle definition is to reduce your body fat to 15% or below.

Calorie Cycling (EODD Diet)

One of my favorite methods for reducing body fat is using calorie cycling like that used in the Every Other Day Diet (EODD) Written by trainer Jon Benson because it is fun and very effective.  The idea behind the EODD Diet is to keep the body’s metabolism high by cycling from high protein low calorie “burn days” to high calorie “feed” days.  When this is done correctly the body will lose fat and keep muscle which is exactly what you want in order to increase every muscles definition.  On the EODD Diet you will be eating things like pizza to help you shed the fat.

How Does Pizza Help increase all of my muscles definition?

My dietary plan not only “lets” you eat pizza (or whatever your favorite foods might be) every week, several times a week… it DEMANDS that you do it. What the…. ? Yep. Here’s why. What else should I do besides the EODD Diet?

Muscles definition is also enhanced by decreasing the weight you are lifting and increasing the reps.  If you do non-stop reps with light weights you will force the body to tap into its fat deposits and this will increase muscle definition.  But remember all of this will be for naught if you are not engaged in a good weight loss plan.  Muscle definitions require a low body fat percentage.

Whether you are going for Mr. Universe or just trying to get a lean athletic look using diets like the EODD Diet are invaluable.  The converse is also true, if you choose the wrong diet plan you could easily lose muscle tissue besides, or instead of fat so be careful and choose wisely.  The EODD diet comes with everything you need to start right away and I recommend it as one of the better ones to follow.
