I’ve been training people for a long time. I own a gym that has several trainers training several people. Despite all the athletes we’ve worked with over the years, by far the single biggest client request has been fat loss.

I’ve made more money from the fat loss market than any other single client group. Over the years my methods have evolved and been refined by what I see in the gym. Simply put, if I can get 20 pounds of fat off a client faster than my competition, I have a higher demand for my services.

I Just Don’t Have Time To Live Healthy, Between Work And School. Beyond Preparing Meals, What Else Can I Do?

As for your work and school, join the club. I’ve had a few clients who are full-time single mothers going to night school and working multiple jobs.

It’s not an impossible schedule, you are just choosing it to be. Everyone has the same hours in the day. If a woman I know whose husband was recovering from brain surgery could take care of him, teach him how to walk and talk and rehabilitate him, raise her children, work full time, run a part-time coaching practice and lose over 100 pounds at the same time, I know you can, too, if you choose.

There are always challenges, the key is to live in the solution. Your suggestion sounds awesome. The two keys are going to be to find what little time you have during the week and focus on that to prepare meals that are “grab and go” throughout the week (I did this when I was working as a manager at a software firm, going to night school, and running a part-time training business – I’d cook on Sunday and tupperware/bag the meals and just grab them).

The other challenge is to really focus on time management and organization. Take some courses or read a book. If you’re like most people, you probably spend at least 5 or 10 minutes in the car each day. That’s the perfect time for a book on audio.

You can succeed just by creating 15 – 30 minutes each day. It may seem impossible but let’s face it. Rest is important, but at times, it doesn’t have to be the main priority. You can cut into 15 or 30 minutes of rest and create that time to manage your coming day. The human body can do amazing things when pushed to reveal it’s inner power, and this should not be a condition for the rest of your life, so it’s not a permanent solution but one that “rolls with the punches” so to speak.

These are hot products in the market. But then you need to check them out for its genuineness. Make sure that there are no side effects that cause problems to your health. The fat loss programs should be verified for its effectiveness.

The weight loss programs and various health fads that abound the market will entice you. These are touted as the ideal and most effective formula that you have been hoping to discover. A quick and dramatic weight loss is assured. But then you should know that any weight loss program that assures you an instant weight loss can be unhealthy as your health is adversely affected. In fact, a slow steady moderate weight loss program along with a balanced diet that you can sustain long term will offer you better health in your life.

Crack The Fat Loss Code

Sooner or later you finally say to yourself, I have to lose some weight.  It might even be your doctor giving you the ultimatum.  “Lose that weight now or you are going to have serious health problems soon”, he says.

You may also feel depressed which is also a two edged sword.   When we need to lose some fat from our bodies, we sometimes get depressed about it.   Depression tends to make us want to eat and eat and eat.   We eat and eat, we get fatter than we were.  It’s a vicious circle.

You have tried all of the gimmick pills and diets.   Still no loss in weight.   You have joined weight watchers, still no loss in weight.

So what can we do to get our life back in order and find that weight loss secret that is so elusive?   What can we do to crack the fat loss code?

Luckily, there are programs out there that actually make sense and go beyond the stupid diets pills, exercise plans.  You need to do what your body wants to do, naturally.   Maintain it’s own weight.   Your body is designed to handle regulating your weight.   This is true for just about everybody except maybe someone who may have a thyroid problem or such but most everyone else has a built-in mechanism for controlling your weight.

Your body has a metabolism that is responsible for keeping everything in balance.   Over load it and you will never see loss weight.  Under load it and you can have sever medical problems. You can start to gain weight by under loading (not eating).  Your weight problems begin due to your body starving and wanting to hold all the fat it can generate because it is confused and doesn’t know when your next meal will be.

Your body’s metabolism is actually too smart for its own good but it is basically a survival mechanism that most of us really don’t need anymore since we have plentiful food. In earlier days when food was scarce, we needed to store up calories as fat and then use that fat when food was hard to come by.

Now that food is plentiful; your body stores the calories away as fat and plans to use them.  If the need never comes to use them there is no fat loss so you get bigger and bigger.

Some people’s metabolism is faster than others which means they can eat and eat and never seem to gain a pound.   Then others have a slow metabolism which no matter how little they eat, the body decides to store the fat.  The older you get, the slower your metabolism, thus when you get older, you start to gain weight.

There are plans that utilize and train your metabolism (almost tricking it) to use your fat store and then properly eat up the calories as needed.  Some seem a bit harsh but the facts, plan and methods work the way that your body wants to work.  They are a metabolic training system for your body.  No Pills, Gimmicks or tricks.  Just pure basic body science.   Your metabolism will speed up and keep your calories burned off.   You are told exactly what to eat, when to eat and why.   You would need to decide for yourself though if this plan is the right one for you as with all diets.  No diet out there will work if you don’t commit to it. 

So…start a loss weight program, crack the fat loss code and start losing weight.  Start feeling better about your self and the depression will also slip away.   It’s a win-win.   A happier, Healthier you.

What I Love Most About the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet?

When I was looking for dieting information to try to lose weight and reduce the fat in my body I was hard pressed to find anything worth really getting myself involved with.

Programs like Atkins and South Beach are loaded with pitfalls. You clog your arteries with all the fatty foods and meats you consume in Atkins all the while losing the nutrients you gain from the good carbohydrates you will not be ignoring.

These food items and ingredients are restricted completely, do not eat them at all

1. Sugar, chocolate, peppermint, all sweets, all jams, honey, you get the point.
2. Fruit-juices (very high in sugars)
3. Alcohol (not even wine)
4. Biscuits, cakes, generally all grain products
5. Ice cream (not even all natural ice cream)
6. No soda pop of any kind
7. All other grains not mentioned

If you simply make the decision to follow a natural fat loss program and then plan for it in advance it
makes it that much easier to implement.

These tips have helped me on those days that I have had a hard day at work and really can’t be bother cooking.

1st part

 

The cataclysmal information overload on weight/fat loss issues most often leaves people confused.

 

This is very logical because there are a lot of controversial ,ambiguous and conflicting tips,secrets and recipes on these matters.

 

 

There is a real war out there and the loot is the money of the deliberately misinformed,misguided and manipulated people.

 

Fitness imposters and charlatans try to outbid one another by giving groundless promises and trying to feed unrealistic expectations.

 

 

Weight/fat loss industry is a multi million industry and therefore attracts many vultures and hyenas.

 

I strongly urge you not to fall prey to their mercenary motives!

 

 

There are no effortless solutions,no shortcuts,no magical secrets.

 

If there existed such methods all of us would be sylphids and models!But obviously we are not!!

 

 

Instead the problem of obesity is a real plague,an unprecedented menace for the developed western countries!

 

Am I right or not?

 

Am I exaggerating?

 

 

What really exists is solid knowledge,the power of our minds and the unshakeable faith of a strong character to achieve his wisely targeted weight/fat loss objectives!

And what if I said you that in order to achieve this “modest” goal you will need to reduce your maintenance caloric intake by an impressive 22%?

 

This might probably change your view,eh?

 

 

Where does this 22% derive from?

 

I take 2500cal as a maintenance caloric intake for an average person.

 

0.5kg of fat is equivalent to 7700/2=3850cal/week or 550cal/day.

 

550 equals to 22% of 2500.

 

(I take 7700 and not 9000cal per kg of fat because human body fat contains water too)
