I am currently 265lbs, 6ft. I walk a lot at work. My goal is to get down to 170lbs. I will run/sprint at least 2 miles a day and do normal compound weight lifting exercises. Please help!

I’m 16 and a junior in High School and I’ve been lifting hard for almost two years. I used to be a chunky little kid and now I’m starting to get defined and almost have a six pack.
