I’m 18. I weigh 160 pounds and Im 5′3. I’m proportionate and carry my weight well but I don’t feel healthy and I’d like to lose 30 pounds. I hope I can do it.

If people ate proper diets and exercised for 1 hour every day, there would be no fat people. But, men like to watch football while eating chicken wings and drinking beer. Women like watching Oprah and eating junk – it’s sad but true. Get rid of your TV, forget watching sports; get out there and play sports.

hey, do you carry alot of weight? Like rally obese, then you may BUT you musyt also do toning aswell, dont just do cardio, you need to do bith.
First of all, congrats on your weight lose and the journey. To answer your question, it depends on how big you area and how your skin is. Your skin is most likely to shrink along with the rest of your body if you are not too big. But if you are really huge, then it is most likely to be saggy. I wish you the best. Just do muscle workouts along with cardio, and I hope you are taking the right path when it comes to your dieting. Don’t starve yourself. Take your time cos it takes time to gain weight
